The Groundbreaker is the first adjustable cutdown. Like the Edison, It has a sliding wedge and fully adjustable to the callers air presentation. It was built and inspired by the cutdown hard rubber keyhole Olt. Cutdowns became popular where competition was heavy. Where loud and heavy bass tones could get the attention of large groups of ducks flying in formation. They could also overpower other hunters that may set up a little too close to your spread.
